WeWorkUnited Terms & Conditions

Last modified: May 28/06/2023

Welcome to WeWorkUnited! Thank you very much for accessing our portal, both to post job offers and to look for a job. We would like you to feel at home, so here we are going to tell you about our services and the rules of use of WeWorkUnited.

Rules of use of Companies in WeWorkUnited

Would you like to know in detail the Terms of Service Publication of job offers?

A job offer is characterized by offering candidates a job with a defined and unequivocal vacancy, in a specific province and classified in a specific category. Therefore, when posting a job offer, it is important to carefully define the vacancy, province, country and category, because these are what will define the offer throughout its duration on WeWorkUnited and cannot be modified later.

The offers will be published on the website for the period of time described in the pricing table in our pricing plans page. During this time, the offer can be deactivated at any time, as many times as necessary. When editing offers, it will be possible to change any other descriptive field.

If you would like additional information on how to use WeWorkUnited, please contact our Customer Service at www.jobyhero.com.

The rules of use that we present here refer to the offers that are published on the portal and the use that you make of the service as a company. Thus, before registering on the page it will be necessary for you to accept these rules of use. All agree? Well let’s go there!

1. Veracity of the information

One of the fundamental requirements when publishing an offer is truthfulness. All the data you include must be real and comply with current legislation. It is difficult for WeWorkUnited to control each and every one of the offers that are published, but in any case, we review them periodically to make sure that these rules of use are being complied with guarantees and candidates can report offers that do not comply with the reality. You can contact us through Customer Service at www.jobyhero.com

2. Legality of Job Offers

Another important issue: the job offers published on WeWorkUnited have to be totally legal. We do not accept any offer that discriminates against people based on race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance. Offers that request the candidate to make some kind of payment (unless the company has express written authorization from WeWorkUnited), that are promoted by pyramid companies, that are businesses or that are related to the adult entertainment industry or nightlife. Finally, offers that request the registration of minors without the consent of their parents or guardians and are misleading or contain any illegality contemplated in community laws will be discarded.

3. Quality of service

The published offers must respect the quality of the service offered by WeWorkUnited. For this reason, it is necessary that the offers do contain truthful contact information (telephone, fax, address, website and email) in the description or in the response message to the candidates. Nor can they be published in duplicate (the same job position in the same city, even if they have a different date) and must be directly linked to vacancies offered by companies. Remember, on the other hand, that it is not possible to include links that direct candidates to the employment section of your company’s website. Each job vacancy must also have a job offer. If you have more than one vacancy for the same position, you will have to indicate it with a number in the Vacancies section when inserting the offer.

The information contained in the offers must be clear and concise. To do this, use professional language. It will help you offer a good reflection of the company you represent.

4. Contact Methods

In the job offers published in WeWorkUnited you will not be able to ask the candidate to contact your company again to get more information after your job publication has ended. You may not include premium rate telephone numbers (we are referring to 800 and 900 numbers) or other contact methods that cost the candidate money. It is also not allowed to spread unauthorized commercial e-mails through the WeWorkUnited platform. The accounts of users who make this type of communication may be suspended.

5. Corporate Responsibility

The ultimate responsible for the vacancies published in WeWorkUnited are the companies. They can only be used internally to recruit candidates and, logically, they cannot be sold to third parties. They will be the ones who are responsible for the damages and consequences derived. WeWorkUnited will be exempt from any liability in this regard.

You should know that companies that publish job offers that violate any of these conditions will be removed from the website.

6. Category Management

WeWorkUnited, in accordance with its internal product management policy, reserves the possibility of organizing and/or categorizing the offers inserted by the Client.
